Fleur De Force Lip Gloss Review | Blogmas Day 2

Hey Sweeties,

When I first saw the video of Fleur De Force announcing her new beauty line, I actually was really excited although I didn’t jump immediately inline to purchase something. It was only the other week when I was on Feelunique.com making a fairly large order that I was reminded about Fleur’s collection and took a look.

Now, you guys know how much I love a lip stain but am not the biggest fan of lip glosses although I can appreciate a good one when I try it. So here we have a lip gloss that is also a stain and I am going to declare it now that I really love this product, like, really love.

I have been a follower of Fleur’s for a good couple of years now and together with Lily Pebbles, Vivianna Does Makeup and Inthefrow, she really appeals to me because although she has a reasonably young audience, she’s older and more mature so I can relate more to her content.

Of the six shades of lip glosses Fleur released, I chose Starry Starry Night as from the options available, it looked to be the darkest with purple berry tones but then I was only going by what was suggested from the colour chart online. In reality, it’s redder in tone but is still wonderfully pigmented, very lightweight on the lips and yet has that gorgeous shine you want from a gloss but without the stickiness. I love layering this product over other lipsticks to achieve a slightly deeper level of richness and added shine.

Fleur has done fantastically with this line of products and the only thing that that I can say against it is that it has on occasion, ended up on my teeth but I can forgive her for this. I can. For me, I think this is an ideal product for Christmas as you get that Christmassey red look without the hassle & maintenance a traditional red lipstick can bring with it.

Have any of you tried Fleur’s products? What do you think?

Until next time x
