Hands up who loves a face mask? It sounds terrible but my evening skincare regime is so much better during the spring-summer months; I come home and because I’m not getting straight into pajamas and cover up in heavy knitwear, I’m wanting to spend time on myself.
I have recently been trying a new product, the Japanese Matcha Tea Pollution Clearing Mask from The Body Shop.

Application
Soft to the touch, I tried using a brush to apply the product initially but honestly it’s most effective with fingers. After application, it goes very cold on your skin and firms slightly, but nothing like a clay mask, which is one of the reasons I actually really love this Japanese Matcha tea mask for this time of year.
This mask is perfect for summer and it’s light. It’s recommended to use 2-3 times a week and even though I’m not quite that religious with use, it’s certainly a mask that can easily incorporate into a weekly skincare routine.
